We opened April 1, 1995 (no joke) and have been brewing to full capacity since.
Our 14 barrel system installed by Specific Mechanical Systems of Canada features a copper mash tun and brew kettle and… five beautiful stainless steel serving tanks which are all displayed behind one of our two marble top bars.
